MEP urges politicians to “help poor Europe that can’t understand”
Europe needs some help to understand Russia, Prof Vytautas Landsbergis, Lithuania’s Member of the European Parliament said on 25 September in Vilnius. MEP Landsbergis said the following during meeting with the parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee suggesting that Lithuania should search for means to influence the talks on relations between the European Union and Russia.
MEP said; “Maybe we could help poor Europe that cannot understand what is being imposed upon it?” Landsbergis pointed out that was trying to “launder concepts” in the agreement text.
