The chairman of Homeland Union’s Policy Committee, the Member of European Parliament Vytautas Landsbergis says that President Dalia Grybauskaitė’s attitude towards the Labour Party’s involvement in the Government is reasonable. As it is known, the President does not wish to see the Labour Party in the Government, delfi.lt reports.
“We are talking about the principal things here. If you asked me, I would also say that the Party of such behaviour and such political culture, which is accused of so many crimes, should not be in power,” said V. Landsbergis to DELFI.
When asked about a possible “rainbow coalition” V. Landsbergis had no opinion.
“No, I think it is not considered,” said the politician.
Reminded that in this case the ruling majority may lack the votes, V. Landsbergis said that it is not his problem.
“This is not my problem. Lithuania, unfortunately, is not mature yet,” said the Conservative patriarch.
